The category of baby food is defined by the European Commission as follows:
Food intended for use by infants when they are weaned and by young children as a supplement to their diet and/or for their progressive adaptation to ordinary food.
Hence, organic baby food is made of organic ingredients.

Wheat flour is the most used, but nowadays it is common to find organic baby food made with several examples of different flours such as almond, hazelnut and corn paste flour.
The growing attention for natural ingredients and healthy food lead producers to propose new kinds of biscuits, in various geometrical shapes and diversely decorated variants.
