The recipe of pizza is a must
The origin of Pizza is based on a popular urban legend. In 1889, Neapolitan pizzaiolo Raffaele Esposito created a pizza in honor of the visiting Queen Margherita of Savoy, by using tomato, basil, and mozzarella as a topping. Since the Queen appreciated this version the most, the dish was named after her.
Nowadays, pizza Margherita is one of the most famous Italian dishes.
So, here’s our version of the recipe of pizza made of organic ingredients and organic vegetables on top.

Since the recipe of pizza is a true European dish, the Organicity staff suggest specific music to make the preparation even more special.
Italian folk music could be a genuine option.
Take a large pan and put the spelt flour and salt in it.
Melt the brewer’s yeast in some warm water with sugar until it dissolves completely, then add it to the flour at the center of the pan.
At this point, start kneading by hand with strength – and passion – at least 10 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and soft.
Put it apart and let it rise for almost 3 hours and relax.
Additionally, if you have time, you can also use 24 hours, slowly rising in the fridge: the result will be amazing.
Otherwise, if you wanna prepare your pizza and eat it right away, after three hours of rising, when the pizza dough is swollen enough, just stretch it gently with your fingers on a baking tray.
Be sure to grease it with extra virgin olive oil, in order to make your pizza crispy.
Then, put the tomato sauce on top and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Be sure to check if the bottom of the dough is well-cooked and crispy enough.
After that, remove it from the oven and place the mozzarella cubes, pickled vegetables, and Parmigiano Reggiano on it, then put it back in the oven and let it bake for 5 minutes more, in order to melt the cheese.
