Black rice salad with tofu and olives: discover a new taste!

Here below some tips to personalize this dish with healthy and seasonal ingredients!
Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 140 gr of organic black rice
- 100 gr of natural tofu
- 100 gr of green olives
- 1 organic zucchini
- 100 gr of radishes
- organic sesame seed oil
- black pepper or fresh ginger (as you like it)
Boil the black rice in some water, meanwhile prepare the vegetables and tofu.
Wash the zucchini and cut them into julienne strips; wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices.
Dice the tofu put it into a pan with some organic sesame seed oil and a pinch of salt: let it cook for 10 minutes.
At this point, pour in all the ingredients in a large bowl: the black rice with tofu, olives, zucchini and radishes, a drizzle of sesame seed oil; mix them together in order to amalgamate them uniformly.
